front main headlight

Hi Guys sorry to ask such a newb question but I am not all the mechanically gifted One of the lights in me AE92 1990 sedan has gone out and I need to replace I have new bulb but have had some trouble gaining access to do the switch over I have been told you need to push in and twist but this does not seem to work any Ideas would be very much appriciated. cheers
