hey guys i know i havent been on here for a while, and was quite annoying at times but now i have a build that is actually going somewhere i have a RT142 Corona with a sr20det in it its only a track hack/missile but still have a decent car to be proud of ENGINE s13 sr20det redtop stock as a rock running 10 pound and a front mount and nistune ecu SUSPENSION AND WHEELS front s13 coilovers rear 6kg springs with short stroke shocks r31 front lower control arms t series toyota diff with 4.11 gears and lsd(LOCKED STANDARD DIFF) aha 15 x 8 - 9 steelies on front and whatever on the back for skids :) INTERIOR bride fixed back seat on custom rail appropriate guages hydro handbrake 4point harness so there it is

Whats the reasonin for the thermostatic valve may i ask? Or is the only relavent to street use cars and not track cars where you would intentionally warm the car up to full operating temp before drivin?

I'm running a Sr in a corona but all i need to know is what tailshaft to get so i can but the rear yoke off for a custom tailshaft to be made :) also i believe that the diff i hav is out of a celiba but i know what model! So all help would be appreciated :)

hey guys! Ive got a t series diff what tailshaft do i need to suit the diff Flange? Just need the flange part cause I'm gettin a tailshaft made to suit my car

Yeh mate its all good! One mount might hav a slight bend or flex to the rubber but its ever so slight. Took the motor out to put clutch and gbox on! Should be back in tonight if all goes well! So hopefully pics tonight :) but don't rely on that Aha

yes i hav already done suspension, thinkin hilux or r31 diff so i am not stupid, I'm just asking there questions before i start doin it so i know what there is to do and not to do if you get what i mean Thankyou for the nice comments about Sr20det's :)

and i don't want the weight of a 6cyl, I'm building a using it as a drift car so don't want it to drive live a boat

yeh thanks for the help guys gathered that this stuff would be needed to do but i just thought id ask as some engines bolt into other cars straight. i thought about 1ggte but i love the sound and performance of the sr20 and I'm a corona man, and love my corona, so thought as well i should put the two together :) cheers
