hey again all... Curious to what a rocker cover is, i know where it goes but what is it actually? I have seen them for sale and was wondering if its the actual top part of the motor or just a cover that slides over the top part?? Thanks all.

ROFL all fixed had the wires in the wrong order... had it 1432 not 1342... idiot :)

ok picked up the wires today put them on the stock cap so just subtracted the old wires and added the new, wouldn't star just has a half assed effort at turning over. so decided to replace the wires with the old ones and tried starting and it done the same thing, thought on give it a little gas and a big cloud of white smoke/steam cam out of what looked like the coil??? what have i stuffed up now :).. thanks guys.

Hey all I have a Stock KE55 4K-C Setup and am cleaning up the motor real nice. just need a clue on what Distro Leads/Spark Plug Wires ( if i have got it wrong the cables that go from the distributor to the 4 spark plugs :P ) I'm looking for just standard ones but in Red would be real nice... Thanks for your help in advance. PS. Now Located in Middle Dural, NSW.

thanks for the help guys, So Ideal Carby's to get are: Weber 32/32, Weber 32/36 re-jetted down, Twin SU HS4's, Twin Asia (corolla) sidedraught. Could someone please lead me to what would be the best Carby to go for... Thanks everyone for your help.

not a good thing at all, what if you get it jetted down? is that the right thing? sorry guys i know I must be so annoying but I'm reading and slowly learning these things.. Relises jetting it down wont fix anything... what could?

elaborate please, i read that for a stock engine its good and for a engine that is getting modified small bits at a time its perfect. and i will be running stock for a bit then adding as i go...

yeah going to try a few routine checkups like spark plugs and it would have stale fuel in it so that's getting replaced. Otherwise if it doesn't work i have already got a spare motor all lined up from a friend.
