hell yeah.. if u have any ideas let me know! :lol: i pulled the rear drums apart today again and fitted new cyclinders... springs and shiet everywhere.. adjustments to get it back on.. what a fkn nightmare lol I HATE DRUMS WITH A PASSION! :cool: :dance:

lol sammo... only a few days old... can't be bad?? Anyhows.. so i pulled the rear left drum apart today... one of the pistons popped out too far that the rubber bit came off the cyclinder! So does this mean the whole cyclinder needs rebuilding or is it because of bad adjustment?? Can i re-adjust and re-use or because it's popped out means it's stuffed?? oh i hate drums now!! Anyone done a rear disc conversion yet?

OH BTW are the front calipers ment to have a bit of play to them?? If i cup my hand onto them and wiggle side to side.. there is a little bit of movement.. is this normal?

hey guys!! so i ended up doin a ke70 front disc with ke20 hubs myself. :no2: standard ke70 lines were ok too use aswel, lengthwas no problem, incase anyone was wondering. Anyhows.. was ok for the first week pedal was bit soft...drove it around still fine.. Today i re-bled the fronts.. no dramas there! Thought everything was gonna be cool..went to do the rear left drum.. but streams of tiny bubbles kept coming out.. i bled it with a whole new bottle of fluid and reused the newish fluid from the other day to cycle through the system twice!! but could not get rid of the air stream..ggrrr time for work, i locked the nipple and thought it wouldn't be all that bad like the other days driving.... :y: my my... pedal goes down on me all the way to work.. needless to say packed me dacks real hard!! lol drivin skills and handbrake saves me! There's no leaks or fluid dissapearing.. and the pedal pumps hard when the engines off... what is the problem here?? Master or slave cyclinders? What goes wrong with them..and what do i do now? What parts are needed? PLEASE HELPS...!!!

Misses was doin the run at times on "L's" :P could have been 3 of us!!! did ROL-010 have a visor?? hmm lots of white1x's about lately.. :lol: :y: ps i'm running ke70 discs with 14's now too!!!! ahahaha did the conversion meself.. felt so proud!! :yes: ps noon, grand junction/south rd yellow ke30 (car loaded) spotted me..lol gave me a wave :jamie: i waved back..

oh i see.... well that's easy then... was just under the impession the discs might not fit under the 12"s cheers

yeah i've been everywhere... they open thier books, parts are listed, they call up to find...OBSOLETE... rare spares don't have nothin either. Rebuild kits are findable..but quite rare..and they want rediculous $$ i'm just wanting to run these nice 12" wheels i have whilst i'm waiting for my conversion parts.. my brakes are sooooo stuffed! =(

heyall.. are u still?? If so where are you getting replacement wheel cylinders and shoes from?? Wheel bearings aswel...where? I had major trouble sourcing these...

lol hmm but 8liters per 100 isn't that great for 1.3lt??? is it? being 2speed might be no good ya reckon?? i'd be happy if it were 6liter per 100 lol

hey all... i have a ke10, 2speed toyoglide with 4k... does 225-250 k's on~ $20-25...fuel I CAN'T HELP BUT FEEL RIPPED OFF..should i be? Just had the timing, points, sparks & carby adjusted.. still same bar smoother.. i keep the tank filled above half always to get this amount of k's... the bottom half of the tank if let to run does only 120ish k's.. still takes $20 to fill to half..weird!!! any the same?

hey all, my left head light (low Beam) on my ke10 has blown, well not working! High beam is still active...does this mean it's blown though or somethin else?? You have to change the whole light on this model don't ya? As it's all seal or sumthin right?? pain in da A double S!!! Can u buy new replacements? Where & how much? or what other cars have the same? cheers

:dance: driving home tonight i forgot i still had the choke open all the way... :yes: at the lights i eased off the brakes and let her cruise all the way home... maxed out at 58kmph haha is this ok?? in the manual it says never drive with choke fully opened... :y:

oh i thought this thread was dead... anyhows i finally managed to source a full set of inner and outers tie rods ends. Mine where coarse thread. Plenty of fine thread ones still around if anyone needs them. let me know if anyone needs some. ball joints are readily available on ebay US & Thailand too! if ya know of anymore places to source all the under car bushes post up :wink:

hi all my tie rod ends r buggered, wheels about to come off. Please point me in the right direction to source these parts? Suspension shops around the places are no help. I need all bushings, are parts interchangeable between models? I have used the search button yes.. But only have mobile net atm. Any help, much appreciated.
