I have been offered a ra40 for $300 with a good 5 speed. Is the gearbox a w series or not. Does any one have or know of a celica 5 speed to 4a bell housing?

 

Will it fit into the ke70 tunnel with out hacking it up.

correct if I'm wrong but i think posman has one of those in his ke55 fits no worries, as for the bellhousing if they are still open dellow engineering i think is the name have been doing gbox conversions for years. if not castlemain rod shop may be able to help you as they do conversion kits for celica and supra boxes for anything from 6 cyl holdens and fords to v8 s one of those guys should be help.

I think I'm going to stick with a JDM T-50, The cost of the ra40 and then a bellhousing will cost more than the t50 and its bellhousing. :y:
