hi all,

 

i searched and couldnt seem to come up with anything which helps me, if its been discussed i apologise.

 

but i have a non tacho ae71 cluster, and want to put a tacho in it. i have a full t18 cluster sitting around so i want to put that in instead of paying a whole load of money to get a stock one with a cluster.

 

the question i have is, does anyone know which colour wires in the plug are the ones for the tacho? also did the wires come in the bodies which didnt have an actual tacho? (i assume they came as part of all the looms).

 

thanks if anyone can help as it will save me trying to figure it out and testing all the wires.
