any help would be great...

 

i have a 4age 20v with a sprinter rear wheel gearbox but no plate from the rear of the engine that bolts the gearbox and starter motor up... i was wondering if the front wheel drive plate and the rear wheel plate are the same? because i can find an original front wheel plate easily but nearly imopossible to find the sprinter rear wheel plate...

 

any advice would be much appreciated thank you....

Yes they are the same (with a GZE you turn the plate around so the starter is on the other side) just make sure the starter is on the same side.
