walls ke70 Posted February 20, 2007 Report Posted February 20, 2007 Hay guys I'm a little confused about something! iv got a problem with my 4k it seemed to b running on 3 cylenders any way i checked to comp an cylinders 2,3,4 had 180psi but cylinder 1 only 40psi. So i took the head off thinking it was the gasket cause i also had white crap under my oil cap an stuff. anyway took the head down to my mate to get it shaved to put in back on and he reconds the head and the gasket looked good so he turned th ehead upside down and filled it up with fuel an the valves didnt leak so we filled the cylinders up with fuel to check the rings an cylinder 4 leaked out in about 10 mins and the rest were ok!! so what I'm trying to say is if the rings are f##ked in cylinder 4 why does it still have 180ish psi? an number 1 only have 40psi sorry if this is confusing an sorry about the spelling its not one of my strong side!!
