Hey I'm also going down this route with the '10 with a spare redtop 4age we have.

Going through the research process at the moment as i also want it to be legit.

Be very interested in process being undertaken.

 

Some inspiration in the meantime....

Note the 20v has had some firewall work done.

i got my ke20 with 4age engineered today! pretty happy, i just need to get retractable seatbelts, put a shield over the fuel pumps and surge tank, and box off the pod filter, and clamp down the battery in the boot.

 

i pretty much got the lot on the engineer report:

 

engine

engine mounts

gearbox

fuel system and battery relocation

seats

steering wheel

brake and clutch master cylinder

cat converter and charcoal canister

bigger wheels

bigger brakes

tailshaft

 

noise tested out ok too at 90.6dB.
