hi people i have a kind big issue the 4th cylinder don't seem to be pulling its own weight. i have checked that there is spark and there is. if you look at the bottom of the plug it has a few brown marks but other than that its brand new?? looking at the others they are all brown all the plugs are almost new PLEASE HELP :-(

Define 'pulling it's weight' more info needed mate. is she running like a chicken with it's head cut off? What seems to be the matter?

1 swap over spark plug with a good cylinder and test again that the same cylinder is still dead.

 

2 Check compresion using a compresion gauge avaliable at any parts store

 

3 Check compresions of cylinders either side. all should be even and above 130 psi

 

if compresion is ok check valve clearances, bent pushrods and manifold leaks.
