5k Turbo

Hi guys ive been reading through and ive read about the turbo setups :P and just got a few qustions

I'm running a 5k engine with liltle bit of head work done stage 2 cam and a 45mm downdraft webber

1.How do i setup the carby to handel more boost? i would like to run at least 20psi

2.recomand a stage 3 cam? and ovasized valves

3.were can i find a desent set of forgie pistions

4.would extractors be better than 70ke exhaust manifold

5.what type of ignition system would run the best on a setup like this?

6.would a 3"exhust system be better than a 2"system on a turbo setup?
