Clutch Mounting Point On Firewall Ke10

Hi All,

 

Just about to do a manual conversion on my ke10 and the point where the clutch cable goes through the fire wall is blanked off. It doesn't have the stand off part that was factory on the manuals allowing for you to then adjust the cable.... (attached is the part that I am missing)

 

Any suggestions for getting around this problem??

Find a wreck and cut and/or drill it off, if you can find one

 

Or you could make your own: Piece of plate and a suitably sized piece of pipe welded together and then to the car, wouldn't be to difficult.
