Momo Boss Kit For Ke30

Hi all

 

I brought a Momo steering wheel and boss kit the other day, looks great but when I went to put it on it's not an exact fit.

 

The boss kit fits the spline on the steering column, but doesn't go all the way on and doesn't hit the connectors on the column.

 

I think i was sold the wrong boss kit and wondering if anyone out there has a Momo boss kit fitted on their KE30 so I can get the item code off it.

 

The boss kit code I was sold was 7711, don’t think it is correct.

 

Is anyone able to help me out?

can't help you with codes but a st141 corona boss kit will fit too. :y:

Can't help either with the codes but it sounds like you've got one thats for the AE82. Fits on the shaft, correct with the splines and all just not the depth.

Hey all

 

Momo has advised the boss kit for a KE30 is obsolete. The correct item code was 7700.

 

I had to get an Autoetcnica boss kit item code 7710.

 

Thought I would pass this info on in case someone else has the same issue and needs to source a boss kit for a KE30.

How old was that Autotecnica Boss kit? That doesn't sound like a current Autotecnica boss kit number... I've done a couple of early corolla ones since being here, and they've all only been 3 digit numbers.

Not sure how old. That was the code i was advised by the supplier and the code they used to order it in, It was brand new in the box . I got it from Revolution Race Gear at Auburn.
