  1. Wire wheel on a drill to get into the pitted sections. Inside the doors and panels is tough. Worse case is your have to de-skin them. Maybe soda blaster ?

  3. I found the stripping discs the best too albeit slow. Pain stripper and bog and many layers of paint doesnt play well. Looking good! Not too much body work so far

  6. Looks like 3.6 Ohms Full and 110 Ohms Empty. Measured with Ohms meter across body and pole off fuel sender unit. Bottom most position for empty, top most position for full.

  15. Can you confirm your can gear is correct according to the manual. Knock pins should be alternate if I can remember correctly. Both marks at top but knock pins opposite.

  21. Definitely grab a known working battery from another car. If you've blown the edu fuse, could the dash fuses be gone too? Could be a Dodgey key barrell going to ignition. Try powering the starter directly with some jumper cables. Be careful though, it's easy to ground the positive down there. Make sure you check fuses with a multimeter not just by sight. Also check if you have power to the battery side of the fuse. Check ecu is getting power on ignition also.
