hey guys my ke35 is soon to have her auto ripped out and a 4spd put in.

I havent done this before and was just wondering what i need to put on my "TO GET LIST"

so far i have on my list.....

 

these things I'm 99% i have to get

Pedal box

manual gear box

flywheel

clutch

clutch cable

manual gearbox cross member

 

and these things i think i have to get but not sure

Manual tail shaft????????

Spigot bearing???????

sub-loom????????

fork connector????????

manual bellhousing bolts?????????

 

if there is anything else pleese tell me

You should try to find a car with a manual in it, and just pull the lot out.

You will also need to fabricate up a section of tube for where there the clutch cable goes throught the firewall.

 

The auto models have this blanked off. Manual models have a raise section off the fire wall which enables you to adjust you clutch cable against.

 

Get some one to measure the length of this raise section for you so you can knock up an equivilent.

may be lucky i have 3 autos ke30 ke55 all of them have had the sleeve already welded on the firewall.

 

If not I will cut one off for you. I will have everything else you need as-well.
