hey guys and girls i have this little problem with the ke35 3kc rolla atm water has started to piss out my exhaust its like i am filling up the radiator then it starts to come out the back, when driving now what i think it is should be the head gasket but i maybe rong am i?? and please don't tell me its a huge hole in your block thanks lukey :lolcry: :wink:

Well........ i took my car out for a blast today i was hammering it a little bit but nothing special and when i pulled up to a mates place i realised that there was steam cumming from the exhaust and I'm fair sure its steam its not like a kettel but there is steam and i was a little bit worried. i think that it has sumthing to do with my radiator because thats on the way out and its loosing a whole lot of water but i don't know were the water is going there isnt a leak (that i can see). When i saw i steam i thought o shit the radiator has no water and she has overheated but looked at the temp gauge and it wasnt even half way then i cheaked the radiator and it had lost water since i filled it up this morning but it haddent lost much. What u guys think.............. Lukey :P

New updates...... last week i planed to put the manual conversion into the rolla. I was going to do it at a mates place who lived at Mclaren Vale but then car started to overheat. I didnt reallt want to drive that far with a really shitty radiator but the Auto had to come out!!! :y: Anyway got there safe and started to rip out the old auto and put the manual in It was a fair bitch of a job to do the peddal box was the hardest thing to do, pulling the old auto one out and putting the new manual one in. Now driving the rolla around is so much f@$king better Will post some more pics up tomorrow Lukey :cool:

Hey all i was wondering if anyone could tell me were to find some 2TG parts in SA, a mate and i have just bought 2x 2TG's that look fairly sad and sorry for them selfs.We striped them down and need heaps of parts like piston rings, gaskets, seals, pistons so any imfomation would help heaps. updates......... been driving the rolla around for a few weeks now was running really rich and found out it was running at about 20L per 100km was great with these petty prices. So i got it tuned new plugs and points and she is running quite well. I also had a oil leak and found out it was due to poor engin breathing, then i found out that that was because my PCV valve gromet had shat its self. I called jarvis toyota and then they emailed JAPAN and then got told they don't make them anymore so i guess I'm gonna have to go to wreckers and have a fat look Here is a piccy of a PCV valve gromit just incase you have no clue what I'm talking about in piccy it is circled in red More pics coming soon Lukey

Well this is really shitiing me off.. I havent started my car in about a month and tonight i tried to start it i got mum's battery out of her falcon and wacked that in the rolla and it first started to turn over quite nice then it started to die a little bit, then i turned the key one more time and nothing no dash lights nothing so i put the battery back into mum's falcon and tried to start it was a little flat but let the falcon run for about 5 turned the falcon off then on and not a problem so then wacked it back into the rolla and nothing at all no dash lights nothing. HELP HELP HELP :lolcry: about to go and clean the terminals AGAIN but i can't think of what it could be ;)

hey guys tonight i put on my new wheel cylinders and my new shoes on my ke35 and everything went to plan, bleeded my breaks and then thought how do i adjust my drums to the right friction, I'm thinking i roar down my street backwards then slam on the peddel and hopfully they will adjust them selfs then slowly crawl my way down do the local garage. what should i do Thanks, Lukey :lolcry:

i have measured ke70 seats and still for someone my height to small i was just thinking welding new supports to bolt to but then if i get in a prang and its my falt insurance wont cover me.

yep the booth is just plastic drop sheets hung with pegs lol and we did do the door trims but they didnt need to be done because it was yellow before and the engin bay will get done when i put a 5k in her *peace* :)

well atm she is still a 3k with a auto. but in about a month a manual conversion then i was thinking about a worked 5k but thats about it

well i got my extractors sent from melbs they were 2nd hand and i got them for about 180 and my exhaust was 320 and thats a 2 inch with a hot dog just shop around u will find a good price eventualy

hey guys my ke35 had the black strip down the side and i removed it when she got her new paint job. i measured the size but have lost the paper..... so i was wondering does anyone have a black strip to measure for me so i can get one made up. its the one right down the middle not the one up top
