Sam_Q
yep sorry man, but hey look on the bright side, these mods are far from cheap and chances are it would be actualy cheaper buying a damaged twinky and swaping everything
7shades
Just plumb a nitrous kit in... flog the bejesus out of it til it blows, and then upgrade to a GE :hmm:
Sam_Q
20 minutes of nitrous would cost more than a complete 4age package, although admitedly an entertaining thought..... Edited March 15, 2008 by Sam_Q
Prewer
Has anyone here in AUS ran a 4AGE with a wet system down the 1/4?
ae95- wagon kid
I have a 4afe in my car atm it goes alright and pulls nice up a hill better than my mates 4age but it bottoms out really fast your best bet for now is to get a good induction some extractors and a better exhaust if you want to go further chip it get a 7afe gasket puts compression to 10:1 you will need a better thermostat you will then get a reasonable power increase especially in the torque department I might tune my 4afe instead of a 4age but parts for the 4age are so common and are so available to tune a 4afe would be great but no parts are available and everything has to be custom if you wanted heaps of torque and power maybe a turbo would do there are manifolds on ebay or have one made up but it all comes down to how much cash you want to spend and time
