I am halfway through a manual conversion on a ke35

 

I am trying to pull the pedal box out of a KE55 :yes:

 

the bolts seem to be in akward spots

 

Do i need to remove the dash or can it be done without doing that

Yes. You can possibly do it with it in, but easier with it out.

 

Trim off, three screws across the top of the dash, unplug speedo cable, pull big arse elec plug out of dash, and disconnect headlights/ wipers/ hazards.

 

There may also be a nut/bolt at the very back of the dash, just to really screw you over.

when i did mine i found it much easyer to do it like that rather than leaving everything in there in the way
