Seeing mortgage consultant today and tomorrow, looking at a property on Saturday. So yes, looking at buying soon.

The one I'm going to look at is a 3 bedroom, 2 car garage. Very basic, but in my budget. It's a bit far away, but not too far (out west). I don't know if I'm going to get all my stuff together in time, if I don't then well... I'm sure there'll be more to come that would fit the description.

are you going to live in it or rent it? Sounds good, thats all you need anyway!
