I'm researching an engine conversion and was wondering if the 4a-c comes in any rwd rolla's? I thought they came out in the sprinters but not sure. I'm guessing they're not an easy engine to find. Any help would b good.

yes 4ac came in Australian delivered ae86 (sprinter) and ae71 corolla in RWD format.

 

have a look at a few members threads and it would be quite obvious.. or wikipedia, google.. did you really even search?
