Splits Recommendation

I'm looking for some splits, i don't want to spend top dollar. But i don't want absolute crap.

 

I was considering Jaycars Kevlar splits but people are saying there very bright to the point of hurting your ears. I might drop into the store tomorrow and have a listen.

 

I'm looking to spend under $200 (100-150). Suggestions?

$250 i think.

bit more then what you want to spend but i have them in my 70 and they sound like expensive 6x9s.

Option Audio 6" splits - absolutely shat all over the Alpine Type X's I compared them too. Generally splits around that dollar range aren't really worth it, you may as well stick with coax's if you're going to spend less than $200.
