another question for you guys,

with the 4a-fe,4a-ge and 20 v twin cam engines ,are you able to fit a after market adjustble fuel regulator ???

will it help much in perf/tuning ??

and where would you fit in the engine bay ??

this is to suit a ae-92 / 94 rolla btw.

cheers

Yes you could fine tune a little more with a aftermarket, but not neccessary unless you're boosting it really.

Fit it where ever it'll go in the engine bay, needs to be on the return line from the fuel rail, and you'll have to remove the stock one and adapt something to run a hose off - like this....

That exact one was for an example. I bought a different (yet very similar one) that IIRC was for advertised as for a silvia. Fit my 7k fuel rail as well as at mates 20v fuel rail, so they're probably all much the same size.

i have never found a prob with sard adj. fuel pressure regs i have fitted quiet afew and if you call around i'm sure that they make a universal fuel rail fitting for your motor

the only reason you need an adjustable fuel press. reg. is if you are chasing big HP and need to fine tune or if you are turbocharging a factory NA engine... other than that they have little to no use except for bling factor... IMO don't waste your money or time unless either of the previous applies to you... the factory reg will regulate pressure accordingly just fine
