dreamin Posted March 24, 2009 Author Report Posted March 24, 2009 It's never been done before, you will be the first. But hey, if you do get around to completing the conversion could you please post up some info for me, so that I can use the search function and find out more about it. That'd be much appreciated as I really want to put a Commodore engine in my little Rolla. Thanks in advance, Sam. Whats with the sarcasm? i used the search function and wanted more info. I'm just tryin to learn as much as i can before i pull anything to bits Quote
rollapv75 Posted March 25, 2009 Report Posted March 25, 2009 (edited) Whats with the sarcasm? i used the search function and wanted more info. I'm just tryin to learn as much as i can before i pull anything to bits Just seemed to be quite an unspecific topic name and initial post, with no reference to the info that you had found. A quick search on Rollaclub and via good old Google netted the following links. Rollaclub links: http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showtopic=24506 http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showtopic=15638 Google: http://s279.photobucket.com/albums/kk160/psi1uz/v6%20rolla/ http://www.aussiev8.com.au/sale-cars/18287...v6-corolla.html Some of these pages offer modifications etc. for you to consider in your project. Although there is no specific "recipe", 2 words which will continually appear are "custom" and "fabrication". I guess this is the beauty of a project like this as it lets you be creative. I would suggest trawling some of the Holden and Ford sites as well, as I know these boys like putting their spare 6's and 8's into little things (like Corollas) for shits and giggles. Would you like me to do the conversion for you too? Just jokes. Good luck. Sam. Edited March 25, 2009 by rollapv75 Quote
