SLW42
it has sagged down and it's like sittin in a bucket seat and it's a little annoying because i can hardly see over the steering wheel unless i sit up on the edge of the seat
orangeLJ
Sounds like the internals have collapsed. Later model corollas use a rubber/fabric strap to hold the base of the seat up, might be the same in the older ones too? Pull the seat out, flip it over and have a gander, usually if its broken a support you will see it. If it doesnt have that sort of support, then Id just take it to a trimmer and get them to re-pack the seat base (remove the cover and replace the foam packing)

Rola Drifter
Hey mate, you could try by putting a bit of timber in it for now, just a small board but i'd head to a wreckers and pick up another seat swab as they're known. You can pick them up out of the ke70's, ae71's & also ae82's & maybe more but that's just off the top of my head. Then just swap them over & you should be all sweet. Hope it helps you out mate.
