drc_ke20 Posted April 11, 2009 Report Posted April 11, 2009 the internal seal is worn out beside the external o`ring you have replaced its is not enough to fix the problem as its leaking internally you need to buy the seal from toyota or any cbc bearing place as they sell seals too.you can do this but make sure you mark every little parts you have removed and just install in reverse order. cozza_mane Posted April 11, 2009 Author Report Posted April 11, 2009 woahh ok, il have to go back again after long w/e, cheers mate Quote
adam-__- Posted April 11, 2009 Report Posted April 11, 2009 Yep, there would be 3 seals altogether. 2 important ones and it sounds like you replaced the least important one. :D The part numbers for the two seals are 'TC12379VI' and 'BS217' from CBC Bearings. Set me back $6 altogether. Links to how to change seals below. Big port dizzy: http://forums.club4ag.com/zerothread?id=8286 Small port dizzy: http://www.twincam.info/index.php?showtopic=21555 Quote
