  1. This is a bit off topic as it not corolla related. Just wondering if there is anyone that knows an engineer within Sydney that does certificates for 4x4 modifications? As I'm considering doing something with my 4runner, I knew an engineer who did my corolla but lost his details.
  2. Thanks guys. For a comp I was thinking of getting a microtech off eBay if not a haltech Sprint 500. Budget not really sure I've got time so I don't mind spending the money for things, just hoping to get the car looking nice first, then I can purchase parts.
  3. Forged head sorry..was thinking of gze instead but wouldn't know what condition it maybe in. Ive been looking on tweakit.net for parts and spool rods they have. But il look around at the other sites for any deals or distributors. And il do more research into it
  4. Just wondering If anyone knows how much it would cost to get 4age fully forged. Want to see what you guys know, going to try find a place in penrith, probably check out race solutions later this week to see. But yeh if anyone can help just an estimate, was going to lower the compression and get turbo fitted but engine would last long at all
  5. That's all everyone knows is skrillex and that's it lol. Don't like him cause he does house music too.
  6. Well so far ive straightened it out, put it in without any twists and its softer then before. See how long it'l be good for, haven't had time to look for a cable cause of work but il try find one this arvo. Should be roughly 700mm long
  7. Yeh I might see bike shop close to home this arvo if it doesn't decide to rain, mate at work said they can do it for about 30 bucks maybe 50 with a new cable, il stick with the standard cable.
  8. Ok so il take it out, cut of some oil it and put here back in. I don't want to try and take it off the throttle so I've taken cable off at the accelerator pedal. Do you reckon solder is strong enough, as I was thinking of turning a flange at work with a through hole and counterbore one end with wire hanging through and putting a clump of solder in the counterbore and heating them together.
  9. Will oil do the trick? Cause it still has the original cable, which is too long. You have any pics dave, I think I know what your on about but a pic would help if you have one.
  10. Ok took the rolla out for a spin since getting myself a daily. Haven't done much at all except a bit of sanding. Enough chat, I was just wondering as to what I can do to get it soft like my 4wd, cable loops around so anyone know what other cable would do, otherwise il just measure the distance and see what I can put on. The car is a ke55
  11. Just spray them the same colour as your rims. They usual check your rear tyres. I had 1
