I didn't find this in the knowledge base so I'll go ahead and ask.... What inserts fit the ke30 strut housing other than just KE30? I'm not finding much here in the US and there is no reference in the FAQ.

If you want some top-notch shocks like Koni's then there isn't anything that is made for the KE30.

However, you can use something like the rear (IIRC) shocks from an AW11 MR2 (which koni still make shocks for) which are the right diametre. The body of the shock is about 100mm shorter though so you have to pack out either end with some washers etc.

 

Alternatively swap to somthing like a whole AE86 strut with appropiate steering arms etc and you have near endless possibilities.

 

Rears are easy. Just pick any AE71/AE86 etc shock and chuck them in. I have TRD 8 way adjustables in the back of my '55.
