What are the differences between the 4A-C and the 4A-F?

Cheers guys!

Cheers mate, that's gonna make my mate a very happy boy. He has an AE86 with the lump of crap and I have a 4A-F sitting in an AE92 I'm about to wreck, I think I'm about to have fun with a convo. The 4A-C just doesn't do justice.

And yeah, the 4A-F has a slave cam setup, Intake runs slave off exhaust from memory.
