Stixy Posted May 24, 2009 Report Posted May 24, 2009 Hey all, i have just picked up my 4AGTE and am now looking at fuel pumps, I'm unsure as to what sort/brand/ fuel pump in general to get. i have heard about people using VL fuel pumps but i have heard allot of bad reports too Help. :dance: Quote
LukeAE71 Posted May 25, 2009 Report Posted May 25, 2009 Do some searching around about fuel set-ups. There is a good write up and diagram in the FAQ. I just did my fuel setup and used a Facet Lift Pump and a Bosch (VL) EFI Pump. You will need both lift and efi pumps as you were originally carby car. You will also need a surge tank. All I can say with regard to prices of fuel pumps really shop around they can be had cheap. Quote
