Help Needed

Just had my Weber installed on the stock 4k and they guys told me I'm going to need to he service on the thing because throttle is sticking open. They quoted me around 300 bucks just wanna know if that's about eight and if any1 could reconmend

any places to me

Oil the throttle spindles and secondary linkages. Also add an extra throttle return spring.

Thanks for that mate ill give that a go but the Weber also came off a 4ac so I know its gunna run rich but is this gunna damage either motor or Weber in anyway? Lol not so worried about the fuel I've come from a 6 cylinder turbo

Running rich won't hurt the weber. It's really not the best for the motor or performance though.

 

You could sus out what jets are in it, compare that to baseline weber jetting, get some jets and start experimenting. Either that or go get it dynoed.

 

Personally though on a stock 4k, I think you would get much better performance, economy and drivability rejetting a stock carb with sports filter. A 32/36 is really to big on a 4k.
