bmxsexmonkey Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 hey all recently i have purchased a ke10 with an aftermarked immob. and it drove fine for a few days then i stopped driving it for a week and it started again fine, i have since let it sit for 2-3 weeks and when i go to start it i turn the key and all the dash comes up but when i hit the button no crank or any attempt at it turning over. now when i hit the button that should allow me to start it the indicators come on like normal and it seems okay but when i hit the button again it goes spastic and sounds munted (which it never did before) i need to know if i remove the immobaliser is it as simple as tracing and removing the wires from the unit? and is there any other things that could contribute to this problem? any help appreciated jason Quote
Raven Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 Battery flat? I know its a state-the-obvious but if its flat, it wont disable the immobiliser let alone let it crank over. Quote

Raven Posted September 25, 2009 Report Posted September 25, 2009 At least you know it something simple and not something that would've taken an auto electrician to sort out. :jamie: Quote
