phat_20 Posted October 21, 2009 Report Posted October 21, 2009 Hi Guys, I've got a set of KE30 stock rims laying around (114.3) and I'm thinking of drilling them out to fit my KE20 (110). :) Has anyone had a go at this? It sounds pretty dodgy but its a cheap alternative. I guess if the hub holds the rim in place it will stop any play in the rim. Cheers Vinnie.
philbey Posted October 21, 2009 Report Posted October 21, 2009 How do you plan on actually doing? I'd only ever do it on a mill where you can locate the centre of the wheel and drill on the correct PCD. If you're planning on doing it with a hand drill then let me know when and where you drive this car so I can keep off the roads!
Taz_Rx Posted October 21, 2009 Report Posted October 21, 2009 (edited) Now thats just tight arse to the point of dangerous. :D Go on ausrotary.com to find a set of wheels as ke1X-2X have the same stud pattern as old school mazdas. Edit: actually I think this thread has served its purpose. You're only going to get flamed if I leave it open. :) Edited October 21, 2009 by Taz_Rx
