h1_roll4
hey all. I noticed today that the fuel return line on my ke70 was bucketing out fuel. I havnt got a hose attached to it as the new carbs i have don't have a return line. Is there a way i can block it up? Or should i maybe put a double fuel pipe on the second carb and run a hose back to the return line? Any advice/help would be great
kiahn
you don't have a return line? thats odd umm try run a return line with a fuel pressure regulator otherwise it will give too much pressure or burn the pump out
h1_roll4
yeah no return line on the carbs. But i could make it go to the return. And the pump i have has a regulator built in.
kiahn
oh ok and the pump you have has 3 lines going to it? 1 from tank, 1 to carbs and 1 return? or just
h1_roll4
just the 2. From the tank and to the carb. It pumps until max pressure is reached then stops pumping.
kiahn
wow high tech pump in that case just block off the return line with a hose that has a bolt with the thread taken off hose clamped in one end. goodluck with it all, hope to see you on the cruise
