I found a really good dealer in Melbourne that sells Weber parts at a reasonable price. My cart is up to $760 so far.

How much did you pay for your 40's if you don't mind me asking ?

sort swap them but about $300 with manifold to suit k series engine but need to change a few things to get them were i want. and got the redline mainfold to suit 4age for $200 of mate. have got any info on your build on here would be interested in reading how your going?

Don't have a car as of yet. Should be arriving on a truck soon though. I'll start a thread soon though.

Yeah and we have both have started with automatics.

have you got your conversion parts yet engine, box etc?

No engine, Organizing the box and conversion gear right now. Mine is going to be a slow build till i get signed off on my Apprenticeship.

ok i was planning on slow build but parts keep showing up i had 2 bigport engine then bought the AE82 i theres another big port. like everyones project we all need more money

bought this on friday but was to good to wreck AE82 twincam bluetop 4age extractors 2half exhaust, but the white one i bought 2 weeks ago is now wrecking if anyone chasing parts

the adjust panrod finally got fitted this week no more scrapping everytime i hit bump :jamie:

well ive got engine know and the stand know just need to get gasket set and give it a bit of birthday i drove the car that the engine came off out went pretty well :D

Looks like its really starting to come together mate.

well not much is happening at the moment due to work injury but have got pedal box out of my wreck and hopefully soon can get the gearbox

its slowly getting there

final start work on the 4age strip all mainfolds off remove the alternator clean engine fitted up the rear wheel drive alternator set up hopefully do seals and timing belt nxt week

picked up some more parts this week the injector plugs from tweak it and got 4age rwd waterpump today. also got a kseries electrionic ignition and together with my ae82 disy is going to be made in to one disy so it can be used for my carby set up which is being done by flood motorsport
