ok lets get things organised. ie what we bringing and need.

i rekon the following for the show and shine

 

chairs lotsa chairs Sort out ourselves?

fold up table

gazebo

cards CHECK

possibly music

sunscreen

esky

drinks I could bring 3/4 slab of solo?

pens and paper (never know) CHECK

misc

Sign

Poles for sign and ropes

 

I got the gazebo sorted

and should have poles for the sign.

 

cleaning products

---------------------

glass cleaner

rags I have minimal

tyre shine

interior clean / armoural Minimal

anything else for last minute cleaning lol

 

Also can we get an exact number count please of who is coming to the show and shine and also if possible pm me your phone number. makes it easier if meet point moves etc

ok, both cars i was going to enter aren't back from various repairers so i'm out, i will come down for a visit on sunday but I won't be there for set up.

 

i have the rollaclub sign :hmm:

if you want my big gazebo, let me know

i have a fold up table, again, let me know

i can loan 4 - fold up chairs

 

let me know when/who wants to take responsibility for my stuff and pick-up and drop-off, I'm happy to travel half way

 

I'm devo that our cars aren't ready :y:

Were not the only ones who are devo Lesley, i was talking with i think Brians mother on the cruise, she was dissapointed that neither of you could be there. She is in the same boat unfortunately with the Group A Supra.

 

I'm happy to take the chairs but i don't know if il fit the table, have u done it b4?

So moro mng what time is set for meet up?

 

The gates don't open till 9 so there isnt much poing at meeting near 7:30?

 

I'm going to suggest 8:15 meet then 8:45 departure then go from there set up and do everything at wigley reserve.

had another thought, me and clint were talking and we think going there half hour early to help setup all the actual Toyoshow marquees and stuff would be a good idea, so say meet at 8? go there for 8:30 when they get there to set themselves up.
