I'm sending off my little brothers log book, finally ahha hes been pestering me about it but he turns 16 in roughly 3 weeks, if i send it the day before will the people at mains road know?

Why ask us mate, ring `em up and find out.

I assume its a typo and you mean hes turning 17? Well, the post office will put a postmark on it which will have the date and time the post office processed it. So yes, they will know if Aus Post processes it the day you send it. Will they care? Don't know.
