SCAVMAN Posted May 24, 2010 Report Posted May 24, 2010 I'm in the process of doing up my brakes on my ae92, ive put on good discs and have good pads coming. after flushing out the lines, what else can i do to take the slack out of the pedal and maybe make it a bit more responsive? Quote
19914afc Posted May 24, 2010 Report Posted May 24, 2010 braided lines made a bit of a difference on my car allows less stretching of the lines so pedal feels a bit harder, otherwise if you want a really stiff pedal I think you could get a different master cylinder to make the pedal feel stiffer. philbey Posted May 25, 2010 Report Posted May 25, 2010 Pedal slack is an adjustment issue. Nothing to do with braided lines or fluid. You can adjust the pushrod off the brake pedal, wind it in or out accordingly. Quote
