  1. i found wax & grease remover to be the best for situations like this. i would like to see some pics of an ae92 with them off before i do it to my car though, as it would be much harder to get them back on if i don't like the look.
  2. i like to think that one day i will make the 'rolla powerful enough to get some speed yeah, read through that link a bunch of times, but was wondering if anyone had tried my idea of putting the stock fronts to the rear...
  3. hey folk, i was wondering if anyone has tried to upgrade the rear discs on thier ae92? i converted the hubs to discs, now i was wondering if i can swap the front calipers (and discs and so forth) onto the rear without much trouble? has anyone tried this or looked into it? i read up a bunch but havent been under the car myself yet... please shed some light on it for me.
  4. oh man, i have to go to some canada expo, to buy cheap flights and such. will be crying the whole time, however. ... stupid canada...
  5. not sure about when the rollas broken, but definetly helps when getting about in the city. a few well placed pushes can get you from one end of swanston st to the other (eg from uni to flinders station), then bomb the hill near the station, then session the city park.
  6. ice hockey and xbox, and if I'm on a losing streak in both, i step on a skateboard and it all goes away. and drunk. lots of drunk.

  11. yeah thanks heaps for organizing it. i had an absolute ball. it was easily the best way to test out the new suspension. ill definitely be there next year.
  12. just put a new sway bar, springs and shockers in. will be finished on Monday, just in the nick of time. i'm psyched to go, to the point where i'm skipping out on my ice hockey game on Friday night to get up early. ill try to make the Todd rd servo meet up too.
  13. exedy 200, 400 for a heavy duty. they are f@$kers though, they gave me the wrong clutch and now i have a honda clutch because they couldnt find the right one.
  14. just broke up with the mrs, therefore i don't have any plans that weekend. is it too late to get on board?
  15. hey my old man said he'd get me a rear swaybar for xmas, and ive started looking around. whiteline has 2 options: 18mm, fixed 20mm, 3 point adjustable i was wondering if the 20mm one would be overkill and make daily driving shit. could people post up some thoughts on this and if they know of any other companies that make rear swaybars for ae92's.
  16. bloody lazy-ass posties havent delivered
  17. ive been a bit busy. we fitted a car horn, to warn fools they better make some room when were coming. also we rigged up a full-sick-drift-spec-bro rear suspesnion, with some caster wheels: . also i'm waiting on a stereo from ebay to put in. after that youtube videos will ensue
  18. THIS is a pretty good source of info, but if you plan on spending too much id go with an engine swap. if you were a real man you'd just put in an LS7 and be done with it
  19. spent my afternoon fixing up the rascal (old person scooter) that we scored: installed a rear seat, and a comfy new front seat and some neons. Now i can roll to the 7-11 in style.
  20. happened to me today, it was the regulator.
  21. more like "juicy" photography on that second photo. haha
  22. having recieved a scholarship at uni, I'm keen to swap a 4age (preferably a blacktop or some kind of 20v) into my ae92 4afe seca. what are all the parts I'm going to need to do this? is it anything more than engine and loom?
