Harmonic Balancer, Heater Lines

this is on a 5k

 

got myself some gilmours. some dude has told me that the front crank pulley is the harmonic balancer... will me replacing the pulley with a gilly effect it???

 

also, took out heater hoses from wate pump toinside also from cabin to back of block. do i need to loop them together on the block or can i just plug them off??? just thort id make sure.

 

any help appreciated

Its not a harmonic balancer.... its a crank pulley.

 

Looping the heater hoses would be best, but you could just block them off.
