Thanks mate, it just suprised me way back how a stock standard car attracted so much attention compare to one that was fully done up. Bonus is keeping an original car that way dosent cost that much either. If only my ones had reciepts from the 80's. The white ke has the original dealer key ring, and a racv membership key tag from 1989- with the same rego on it!

In all serousness though, cars like pure red I have a lot of time for.

Very true in the fact that u don't have to go out and spend a lot of money 2 have a cool little car, they are cool and retro just as they are by them selves :jamie:, plus u can enjoy driving around

and not have to worry about getting hassled by cops on every street corner. my bro was actually thinking of cutting the springs in it and getting wheels but i convinced him not to because then i would be like every other corolla out there and also these days with Ke's it looks like the more u do to them the more money you loose because every body is trying to find the cleanest stockest not threshed example.

Hey Joe,

Nice matching grey interior trim like mine, But I need a dash mat too. Whats the back rest on your driver seat like? is it torn or is it good. I recieved my venetian that I won off ebay too so the resemblence between yours and mine is getting much stronger.

P.S nice photos taken at the servo :laff:

i gota get some of those i had a pair on my old flat front ke they are mad

For $30.00 they're preety good. They take a little pursuasion to fit i.e filing edges to sit further in or flush, but on the whole they are the essential goggles for a slanty front.

Being nostalgic, I'm sure you'd like this, red car looks familiar dosen't it :D
