corollaparts69 Posted September 26, 2010 Report Posted September 26, 2010 Hello, I have new rear wheel bearings and brakes to fit to my ae90 corolla hatch.I need to know whether the rear bearings have to be pressed in or are they fitted by hand. Also how much greasing do they need when fitted. It may sound like a dumb question but I don't want to have the car in pieces and then find out I have to carry parts down to a mechanic to be fitted. The car has rear drum brakes, not disc....Thank you. Trev Posted September 27, 2010 Report Posted September 27, 2010 Skip, as I said the other day, they need to be pressed in as they are a floating hub assembly, I also said that I can press them in for you at the workshop, give me a yell when you want it done. Quote
