Believe it or not there is actually a RWD gearbox that will bolt to the ET motor..... being that from a Datsun 120Y (from memory). A guy I know down here has an E15ET in his suzuki sierra which goes quite well, problem is he seems to blow reverse gear out of it every time he has a half decent 4wd trip. Pretty sure he's been through quite a few boxes so far. The other problem with this is they are the ONLY GB you can use, so there's no up-grade options like a K-T or K-W.

 

Please don't take the above as an endorsment to go ahead with the conversion..... I'm with everybody else and don't think its really worth it.

You can make pretty good power out of a turbo K for not a heap of $, so maybe look down that path a bit more. Also click "Tar" in my sig for some turbo K info and pics. :wink:
