Yes, you will advance but stay on your prohbation. Quote
forcexx Posted April 6, 2011 Author Report Posted April 6, 2011 okay, I'm still going to call DOT tomorrow to verify because i have been told many different things by everyone such as if i take 2 points for a year it will put off my opens for the 12 months and have also been told that i will move up to 4 points on my opens on prohbation lol Quote

SLW42 Posted April 7, 2011 Report Posted April 7, 2011 If you lost your licence for 12 months, For example.... Your supposed to get your opens in august, but loose it in april, and choose 1 point for one year, the date you get your licence back after the one point 1 year good behaviour, add 12months onto that date and that's when you get your opens, trust me it's gay cause it's happening to me Quote

forcexx Posted April 10, 2011 Author Report Posted April 10, 2011 i called department of transport and they said i will go onto my opens with two points, so trev let me get this straight, if i lose my licesne while on my opens and i chose a GBD period i go back to my Ps for a year on 4 points, does that mean if I'm under 25 still i have to revert back to a restricted car? If you lose your licence then you lose it for 6 months, on return you will have to go on a provisional prohbation of 1 year where you have 4 points, I am fairly sure that you will follow the rules of the open licence. Don't take my complete word for it, I am just saying what happened to me. Quote
forcexx Posted April 13, 2011 Author Report Posted April 13, 2011 no i meant as in after the good behavior driving period, I'm on a full open un restricted license, and if i lose it, what are the choices? lose it for 3 months or ?? Quote
