Whats The Ideal Timing Mark And Sparkplug / Points Gap On A 4K?

I have a KE55 for thrashing around our property in, but its not running that well at the moment.

Dads a holden boy from way back so he knows how adjust all these things properly but first I need to find out:

.Whats the ideal gap for the spark plugs?

.Ideal points gap?

.Timing mark?

.And also the firing order.

0.45 for points

8 degrees

8 degrees is what the manual says but i recommend 12-15 ftw!
