altezzaclub Posted August 6, 2011 Report Share Posted August 6, 2011 making a vehicle lower and wider in no way endangers people but makes the car safer.. in a way.. but as you make the rims wider you load a greater moment on the stub axles and they tend to snap off. Some Honda model lost a lot of wheels that way. ..and when you lower it badly and hit a bump the suspension hits the bump stops and the tyres give up traction completely.
