Just a blunt question, Sorry if it has already been asked but every thread and forum I have researched hasn't givin' me any help, But would a stock R31 Skyline Diff and Gearbox suit/fit a 16v 4AGE in a KE70?

An r31 gearbox won't work behind a 4age... You'd need an ae71/ ae86 T50 with an 'A' series bellhousing or a w55/57/58 with an aftermarket 'A' series bellhousing.

 

An r31 diff will fit with all the mounts modded. Think the tailshaft needs modding plus the handbrake cables as the r31 rear end is disk. But it's a bit wider so your wheel choice will be a little narrower.

So its not just a simple matter of changing the bellhousing to suit the 4age?... :/
