You may still have the two little bolts holding in the seat base accessed through two small holes at the front just under the seat.

 

Lift seat squab out.

 

There is probably one small bolt on either side of the lower seat back holding that in. Remove bolts and push up. Seat back should now come out.

 

Should.

 

Unless I've forgotten anything. It's been 15 years since my 25 had a back seat.
