I wouldn't buy an ebay boss kit, They're not much more than that to buy one instore.

I had an ebay one on my old ke70 when i bought it and it was trashed. May have just been poorly fitted, don't know, but after seeing that i wouldn't touch one.

They're roughly 40-50 from autobarn or spg (in tassie)

But yeah, it could just be loose, un-do the 6 bolts holding the wheel to the boss kit and there will be one large nut, just check that's properly tighetened and bolt the wheel back on.

6 allen key screws on the wheel around the hub.

Under the wheel there will be a nut. You may be able to pop the horn button out to get to the nut.

Where is it grindy? Is it loose? It could just be rubbing.

ok, yeah well i am a bit sceptical of buying specific car items off the net, I'm in perth so i guess autobahn here would stock,

ill fiddle with it beforehand, thanks guys

well origanlly, the horn wire was rubbing inside, eventually the horn was stuck on when it ripped through the wire insulation, so i disconnected it, after then it got loose and grindy, at the back of the hub where it is suposed to clamp to
