ke70scharger Posted January 16, 2006 Author Report Posted January 16, 2006 Hi Rolla Owners, thks for replying , i am from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, have been driving my 1980 DX 1.30 KE70 For a year already. i have been planning for this conversions for quite sometime.. most of my buddies are using 4AGE KE70, 4AGZE KE70, 13B KE70 or SR/CA KE70. i kind of fond off trying a different approach. asspecially a toyota 1.3Turbo. Few of my best buddies mention that the engine can be fitted but the gearbox will have a problem. Modification so far on my KE70. Port And Polish Engine & Carburator 1.6 Block Set Rear AE86 LSD Lighten Flywheel Heavy Duty Daikin Clutch. Quote
Super Jamie Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 yeah we thought of this too. there is no rwd gearbox which fits, so a custom bellhousing becomes necessary. we thought it too much expense for a cheap 1.3L turbo engine, why not just spend the extra money on a 4ag or sr20 Quote
