Jack.it up and put it on axle stands. Use the chassis of the car to hold it up not the diff. Take your rear wheels off. Undo the bottom bolt of a shock. Tap the shock off the mount. The diff will drop down (its a good idea to have a jack propping up the diff then you can lower it slowly). The spring will now be loose. Pull out the spring.

To put back in is the reverse but you'll need to jack the diff up to mount the shock.

Alternatively, jack the thing up and borrow a mate's spring compressors.

For mine though I just did what this guy ^^^^ said.

You wouldn't even bother with spring compressor for the setup on the rear of these. Should take all of 10 minutes to change some springs in these things.

Depending how tall the spring is it might be a little too long. Get the spring as far over the tower and bump stops as you can, sometimes turning the spring will help move it up. When you need to get it onto the seat I often put a pole in between the chassis and diff and then stand on it with one foot to push the diff down away from the car so I get that little bit more room. If you're still having trouble maybe you can loosen the bolts holding in the trailing arms. It's the bushings in the arms resisting movement which makes this a little tricky sometimes.

Unless you're using uncaptive cut springs, then it's really easy :P :)
